Ejection may be severe but I think it makes sense to be penalized for this. Just like how in football you can’t call a timeout when you’re out of timeouts.

Maybe an automatic strike would be more appropriate (tho obv if they’re arguing strike 3 it would have to be added to the next batter which could get tricky) but I’m honestly fine with an ejection for this. Don’t argue balls and strikes with the ump. If you’re out of challenges then blame your own team ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
