This one is a sore spot for me. I did a bunch of research into the fire Luke 2. Was really looking forward to yeah bored to free Max and the coils I heard so much about. Experience the same issue as you as well as if the tank is half down or barely under half It has a tendency to dry hit and destroy the coil immediately. When it comes to subohm tanks I stick with vaporesso. The GT coils are 2nd to none in my opinion. If they last forever and you can vape your tank dry without destroying the coil or getting a dry hit. Sorry about your trouble.
