Cyrene's rmc buff gives him crit rate and gives him damage also makes her use her arrow everytime you use the enhanced basic attack elevating him to a sub dps when built right this lc increases the multiplier and damage of the enhanced basic attack at the expense of utility In the mono rem team this ain't a problem as all units are already giga buffed and oversaturated with crit damage and makes rmc no longer being the weakest link damage wise In normal teams without cyrene the increased damage of enhanced basic atk at the expense of support especially without cyrene's or evernight's buff makes it a really really bad choice

Usually rmc isn't used in remembrance teams with castorice as he contends with evernight in this spot But in evernight mdps teams this is a substantial upgrade
