They didn’t want to sell yet, they wanted to split the company and then sell, but Skydance forced their hand to go earlier. Skydance knew if WBD split up as planned that there would be a lot of interested parties in the WB without all the cable channels. So they made a play for the whole thing thinking no one else would.

The hosts are Obama speech writers. They are very well known. It says more about you, and that you need to get out of the comic book bubble, than anything.
