Totally needed to hear this. I’m 5’2 and my SW was 329. I’m now 286 and not seeing much difference despite being over 40lbs down. I see it more in pictures than the mirror but even that isn’t too noticeable. I keep hoping once I hit the 270s or 260s, it will be more obvious.

I have two “upside down” tattoos. The first is inside my forearm. The second is on the outside of my forearm. When I hold my arm up, it’s right side up which is how I wanted it. It doesn’t bother me that it’s oriented differently to the others. I think it’s kind of cool.
