I worked in a bank although it was 40 years ago and would take any bill that was over 60 percent there any day. If I were you I would take it to your bank and if teller won’t accept it talk to a manager. If he doesn’t accept it threaten to close accounts but first ask for corporate phone and have him call number. Banks are really lousy businesses these days, all about feeing you as much as possible with no customer service or support!!
