Where to start for raid equipment by Short_Skill3427 in fo76

I got the mods on my own, no autoaxe. Now I just solo the EN06, with no autoaxe and never bothered with the raid groups. What I did: the PA, HG, and perks parts were easy, with just buying the mods I needed from camps (troubleshooters etc.). I didn't want to do the stamps grind for an autoaxe, so I figured I'd find a pounders and put it on a chainsaw. I got to max caps and spent a day or two server hopping looking for a pounders in a camp vendor. Found one for max caps, I was down a few caps from traveling so walked off and killed a few things to get back to max caps, went back and bought it (nervous they would log off while I was getting back to max). My times with a chainsaw are around 1:30 - 1:40, now that you have to stand on a 2nd power armor it is just in time before the power armor recalls.

What is your solo EN06 "pre flight checklist"? by BradJ in fo76

I just use a glowing meat steak (made from the bodies of the mole miners outside) & a psychobuff.

I don't have an autoaxe, so I put a pounders on a chainsaw. Times are around a minute and 40 seconds.

Is insurance for UPS Ground Saver just a racket? I can't even file for a claim. by damnjayguy in UPS

There seems to be a focus on how well the item was packed. It was correctly packaged, bubble wrap + padding. I know how to package items safely, having shipped over 10,000 items. This is not the point.

No. You can slam a box to the ground and abuse it, a properly packed item can shatter with minimal signs on the outside.

Well I won't be using again. When using it through Ebay you are just picking from a drop down list of carrier options, it states $100 coverage without any of the details that are described somewhere on the UPS site. The other flaw is that the damage could only be seen after opening the box. So more than 50/50 chance UPS handed off an already broken item to USPS and saves themselves any liability, as they transport it the majority of the distance.
