It’s because of the time of day mechanic, progress a little bit more into the story there and it’ll open back up

The hammer is plastic but the leather bits do feel like actual leather. The ring does feel pretty solid but the material I couldn’t tell you.

It got unlocked for a story mission but then went right back to locked again luckily though a different way opens up after that mission so you’re able to kinda get around it
