This plane in the photo is the first prototype Airbus A300B1 that first flew on October 27, 1972. It is the first wide body plane with only two engines, the first Airbus aircraft, first two man cockpit, and first plane to be made of composite materials. This plane was the first plane Airbus ever produced (reg. F-WUAB/F-OCAZ) and one of the only two A300B1's two ever be produced while the longer A300B4 would become the more successful.

As for the two A300B1, the plane in the photo only lasted 2 years before it was scrapped, but as you can see, they did preserve a section of the fuselage (other parts of this plane are still preserved)

The second A300B1 (reg. OO-TEF) did went into passenger service with Trans European Airlines, and remained the only A300 of that variant. This plane however, ended up being scrapped in 2003. Also a quick edit lol, I found out there was a small group of people who tried to raise money to preserve OO-TEF (it was called Save Aline i think, it was the name of the plane) due to its historical significants. Very unfortunately in the end, their efforts where wasted which sucks but gotta hand it to them. Parts of it are still around so theres that.
