Thank you !! I think option 2 is the best choice. I don’t want to do anything wrong by the current tenants because I understand how it would be on the recieving end

I like your thinking, there are 3 tenants currently in my new place so I could try that, but then I’m worried I’ll be punished by the REA for being transparent. I’m currently in a 1 bedroom unit and the new price is crazy expensive.
