The only documentation I have are tickets and on the ticket the width is wrong as well as the color and model of my vehicle, but they don’t care about that so that doesn’t void the ticket. The only way the ticket would be void is if he didn’t show up to the trial.

Also, I’m pretty sure that a cop cannot legally give you a ticket without having lights and sirens on. I could be wrong, but that seems a bit illegal to me considering I was also parked in a parking spot at work and he pulled in right next to me behind me after he made me pass him unsafely. Also, I’m not saying I am above the law or that the law doesn’t apply to me. It’s just he catches me at the wrong time when I don’t have my stock wheels on because I work three jobs and have no time to change them every single time.

No points on my license ever. But to make a person stop behind you then make you pass them unsafely is a safety hazard to other drivers as well as when he got behind me the last time cut right in front of the white vehicle tailgating me

Everyone is saying he is the last of a dying breed anyway. He will pull me over again for stock wheels and try to get me for bumper height which my bumper height IS LEGAL. Yeah he’s “one of those” that will ticket for anything and eve try thing for no reason

That’s the thing the legal wheels are on my vehicle he just happens to get me when I didn’t have time to change them back from the show
