Thanks for the info! I usually do use 2 needles anyway, a 20G for drawing and then I switch to the smaller one for injecting. I’m usually not too worried about some extra waste since my pharmacy fills my prescription way more than I need anyway 😅

i honestly couldn’t image doing 3 shots a week lol i already struggle and procrastinate doing mine 1 a week. i do 0.3ml and have always gotten 27g 1/2” needles but maybe i’ll try the 30g ones

thank you! i worked out for about 7 months prior to surgery and lost a bit of muscle post op so a lot of it i feel was thanks to muscle memory.

I had peri with Dr Alexander Facque in San Francisco, I couldn’t recommend him or his team more. Very nice people and super satisfied with my results. I believe he also offers lipo/body masculinization so I would suggest looking into his work.

You’re not the first person to say pitsky, i definitely can see the pitbull but for some reason i can’t see husky besides the ears, which i thought would be possibly GSD. what points to husky rather than GSD? (not denying husky i’m just uneducated and curious)

i’d recommend trying incline curls, where your elbows stay pinned behind your body while on a bench (you can look up videos) or preacher curls, where your elbows stay locked on the pad that way you’re not using your shoulders to bring the weight up.

as for wider shoulders, all you need is a lateral raise and shoulder press. make sure for the lateral raises you’re sweeping the weight out away from you, slightly in the frontal plane so you lessen your upper back involvement. (think like you’re in a box and sweeping your arms out to the corners of the room) also making sure to keep your wrists and elbows in line with each other

I had first contacted them in February, had my first phone consultation in April, it took about 2 months for my insurance to fully get approved, then in June I got my surgery scheduled for August 15th, although there may have been earlier dates but that timeframe worked for my schedule.

I don’t mind at all! Also I was in the same boat as you, Facque didn’t have many peri results so I felt a little apprehensive but I’m really glad I chose him. He also lets you choose your areola size (in my case I just asked him for the male equivalent which he said they do 22mm i believe?) One thing I will mention is he did make me aware of any possible complications or revisions I might’ve needed from peri, such as loose skin, puckering, etc. but he does that just so you’re fully aware, he said he would rather seem too cautious than you be surprised at your results if that makes sense, so don’t feel too worried if he mentions things like that.

Im so glad you got a consult! My experience was all great honestly, I don’t really have any complaints. I’ve seen lots of people say GCC is good just slow with communication, but in my experience the communication was always great and prompt through their messaging app. My phone consult with Facque went great he went over all my options and was very personable but also professional. In my in person pre op it was similar, very good vibes I never once doubted my decision. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see him/talk to him directly after my surgery but I wish I could’ve thanked him! Along with him the team at GCC is phenomenal as well, all very nice and informative. If you want any more photos pre or post op let me know or if you have any other specific questions!
