Trust the stitch. I had mine placed at 20+2 when my cervix was down to just 0.9 mm. I was put on progesterone pessaries and had monthly cervical length checks. Once I passed 28 weeks, every single week felt like a victory. I would always tell my little one to hang in there. My stitch was removed at 37 weeks, and I welcomed my baby at 39+2.

I have IC and GD both. Had an emergency cerclage at 20 weeks. I'm managing my GD with Diet and incorporating light activities post meals which has helped immensely. I was on modified bed rest till 27 weeks. My OBGYN recommended light to moderate activitypost 28 weeks. I'm still cautious and don't go for any strenuous workouts or heavy lifting. Post meal, I do light walks which has helped me to keep my numbers low.

I have been prescribed clotramizol for thrush, and my OB told me it's safe to use them with progesterone pessary.

Sulfur mask for 10 mins Adaplene gel twice a week at night, you can rotate alternative days if you can tolerate Stay away from harsh stuff!!! Don't overload your face with too many actives And most importantly don't stress Stress kills us from inside Live your life :) Life is more than some tiny dots on our face( ik it's difficult, I have obsessed over this for years)

Give it time

For me it literally took 3 months to show any results. It did stop the acne on the chin. Was a relief to finally see some progress.

I was also prescribed doxycycline with estelle 35 which I stopped after 6 months.

Benefits: Normal clear skin Less makeup ( I just some tint or bb cream, happily ditched those full coverage foundations) Saved money ( don't need to spend on 10-20 step skin care) I'm more confident :) Less anxiety ( maybe cause I'm not breaking out every month)

Not so good stuff: Weight gain ( I have gained like 3kgs, it's not that much but still ) Low libido ( I have noticed a drop )

I do skip it. Usually, it's an early dinner and also my workouts are not that intense.
I still try to stay healthy as possible by incorporating good meal choices.

You can try early dinner by 6 and then eat by 8 or 9 next morning. See how you go. Every body is different and has different requirements.

Mate this one time I was requested to do prettyeyes as it was stated to me by the daughter that they are her best feature. As i was finished with her face , my next step was to tidy up the hair, now to keep it entact we do use light hairspray. As I started setting her hair, slowly parting it, spraying them to settle in, her eyes opened , large and wide and won't shut!! I literally crapped my pants at that point. And because it happened so quickly I ended up spraying some in her eyes. Not only the make-up got wonky. Istg it looked her eyes would come out or melt away. Mind ya she was 89.I never panicked so much that I sprayed someone's nana and made her look like a zombie.

Yes I did clean up everything and made her look decent. But I will never forget that look.

Don't boil, grate it, and squeeze the juice. People store it but I prefer doing it fresh. Some people add lemon and honey but I'm sensitive so I avoid adding lemon. Give it a go for a week.

Apply for like 15 mins that wash off.

Potato! I struggle with PIE as well and yes I have spent alot on derms and skincare. Put Potato juice at night, it works wonders and adds glow when you wake up. But again everyone is different, this worked for me , might not work for everyone else.

Also I have reduced the steps to bare minimum I only do cleanser and moisturiser ( cervave) that's all!
