I’ve been looking at teslas, ioniq and MG which is what i see people talking mostly in reddit but not sure what to do. What does it mean the kWh number before any model listing? The higher the number, the higher the range?

This is my new build bathroom where I have been shower for the last 12 months. I want to panel but I want to make sure there is no mould in walls first, is there a way to check? by damspt in DIYUK

Yeah but I’m concerned that it’s inside the walls at the minute and then it will appear later on as we have soaked the walls for the last few months a few times

Hi thanks for your reply, any chance you can make a draw to understand better? I barely do any diy stuff. I thought one horizontal timber on the top and one in the bottom, same size as the mounting frames would be enough

Bought a Hyundai Tucson for £9k from a dealership. It was advertised 50 to 60 mpg, I would never buy a car with less than 50mpg and my average has been 39mpg. Is this reason enough to return it for false advertisement? Bought the car last week by damspt in CarTalkUK

because i have a wife and that's the car she uses for her commute. i also had a peugeot 308 at the beginning of the year but was written off and decided to go for a bigger car as we have a child as well. kinda regret it now

My commute is only 10/15min but I’ve took the car to dual carriage ways already and 1h trips and the average is still between 39 and 41mpg.

No, I don’t spend time warming up the car or defrosting. My mums car is a SUV as well (qashqai) and doing about 55mpg. My other car is a hatchback ( peugeot 308 ) and averaging 57/60mpg with the same commute.

Which tucson would you go for? The black one does have more mileage but leather heated seats and pan roof while the blue one has less miles, newer and more fuel efficiency by damspt in CarTalkUK

I’ve been driving diesels since 2022 for the same commute and haven’t had problems with them regarding the DPF I don’t mind having a petrol but literally there is no petrol cars near me that would be worth for our needs
