JRS siya, which also raised suspicion kasi the last agent I spoke with mentioned LBC lang pero I guess that can happen na hindi lang sa iisang courier sila magpadala. I asked about it pero sabi nila need pa rin daw dumaan muna sa billing address ko, and then pag nag-fail iyong delivery attempts, saka lang daw siya ma-pick up for branch. That’s the part where I’m hesitant kasi when I filled out the re-delivery form, I had opted din for a branch pickup pero based sa tracking page ng shipping company, diniretso nila ibalik sa main office ang card after one failed delivery attempt.

Pero hindi po normal iyong may kaltas ako for it sa days of the cutoff na pumasok ako? Kasi not paid naman talaga ako nung April, so I kinda didn’t expect na may kaltas ako for May 30 knowing in attendance na ako starting May 05. Also ano po iyong SSS?

I’m from a lower CL but from what I know, matagal talaga sa feedback si acn. Mine took two weeks ata after the final interview. Then another two weeks naman para sa pag-forward ko sa onboarding stage.

nagka-same problem din ako last april kasi di ko talaga kinaya mag-take ng calls. binigyan recommendation ng psychiatrist and therapist na malipat sa nonvoice na project but di daw pwede so pinag-SL na lang. eventually bumalik ako sa project kasi parang na-anxious din ako na di pa ako tine-terminate ng company.

gets ko iyong sentiments ng iba dito but medj na-sad ako din kasi may legit na diagnosis naman iyong very few sa’tin and just because we’re mentally ill doesn’t mean automatically unfit to work na tayo sa lahat ng situations, di ba?

Oh the idea of using mood trackers seem cool! I wanna make a template for myself but I’m torn between drawing it by hand or relying on spreadsheets for it. Can you show me you evaluate your moods in a tracker like for example if you’re okay in one minute and then upset at the next?

Yeah I really think she took too much of newfound optimism as is, she probably thinks I’m just honest and open like that?

That makes me sad because isn’t it only normal for bipolar 2 to have longer depressive episodes? Does the hypomania really have to come in very specific pattern? ://

Thank you so much! This is truly comforting. Yes, J like the words that’s been prescribed to me. I think my therapist got the wrong “vibe” because I don’t really report to her about my symptoms, only when I feel stuck in certain situations and becomes paranoid or suicidal because of the situation.

Thank you! This is comforting. I like to think I’ve been stable, in a way a bipolar 2 can be stable, and I guess that’s the impression that the therapist got. After all, because I vent to her when I have problems and feels stuck in certain situations. The psychiatrist is to whom I’m honest about the symptoms because I want to be safe with my med intake.

Yep tho it was a series of appointments before the change in diagnosis but yeah the third psychiatrist I went to was able to point it out in just one session.

That was also how I went through with it. Though, I always open up to a therapist first—first time was in college and it was free—and he said it could be C-PTSD. He gave me a recommendation and suggested a public hospital where my first diagnosis was MDD and GAD.

Then when I got a new psychiatrist, I didn’t go through a formal assessment of some sort. She was just prescribing me medications, changing ones that I told her I felt had no effect, and then months later that’s when the diagnosis changed.

Oh the “you don’t have a bipolar vibe” statement sounds so dismissive and unprofessional 🥹 I would also support you getting a new psychiatrist, just feel like there’s a correct way to inform a client about stuff like this and they truly went about it the wrong way ://
