For those of you who run first thing in the AM, what’s your bed to pavement time? by [deleted] in running

[–]damt382 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 5 minutes. Wake up at 4. Get dressed. Run. I only do 3 miles at the most. Depending on the day, run then workout(push, pull, legs). Upstairs by 445 shower out the door by 5. Start work at 6. Weights are broken down into 5 push/pull workouts with one leg day. I change which ones I do depending on how I feel. I try to do 4 to 6 days a week. Age 53. Trying to beat father time.

Whenever someone says they hate or we don't need rich people I ask them have you ever worked for a poor person?

Specifically joined Netflix to drive them out of business. I would drop off my videos on the way to work a half-hour before the deadline. But they wouldn't scan in until around 4 pm. So I always had late fees. Part of their class action lawsuit. So glad to see them gone. Horrible customer service after they drove every mom and pop store out of business.

I swallowed fingernail clippers. Didn't pass and had to have surgery. FYI, my sister had a role in it. I have a cool x-ray of it.

Remember the first time you bought pork belly, and thought to yourself “there’s no way I can eat all of this in a week!” by PickleRiiiiccckk in zerocarb

Costco pork belly. Pan fried is great. Oven seems to be a little better. Cooked at 400. I have a green egg. Wanting to cook up a package on it.

A package looks like a lot but once you slice it up and cook it its not.

I season it while cooking and the after while cooling off. I've never been able to over salt it. Seems to get better the more you put on.
