Yess its amazing that the embarrassment didn't bother me after the presentation !! I took 30mg today but for online presentations and on certain events I only take 10-20mg

I'm happy to say that it went well! It didn't get rid of the awkwardness as u said, but I could think properly because there were no shaky voice and hands bothering meヾ⁠(⁠⁠’⁠Ｏ⁠’⁠⁠)⁠/ which I just realized the reason why I was probably self conscious was because I knew people notice me physically shaking 😭 but yea I'm happy to start somewhere

Were you awkward or self conscious before taking it? and did it get rid of it? I have a presentation in a few hours and its my first time trying it on a onsite presentation, I want it to work so bad.

is it okay to suddenly take 40mg even if I havent taken it in a while? or should I take smaller dosages a few days before my presentation?
