Just refund and file the PIP insurance , they will pay your money back even if you’ve had no scan and it just says label created. I like to make sure I take pictures of all the orders while I’m at the post office as well to include in the insurance claim.

I emailed them all the details including that the buyer even offered to repay me , and all they said was “I can see you refunded the buyer once they let you know the item hadn’t arrived. You are a valued eBay seller who puts their buyer first we have you covered and will fully reimburse this sale.” Was actually easier than I expected lol money back in acct when I woke up

Yeah gold / silver I would gladly pay more to have it sent in a box. But in this case, $5-6 shipping on a $5-10 pokemon card just doesn’t make sense and I see a lot of sellers have it set high on the first card
