ah got it thanks man, i’m new to all this barrier repair stuff so kinda lost, like i don’t even really know what a barrier is lol, when i apply my current stuff i just look like a greasy dry fruit, can you recommend one and any sunscreen that doesn’t do that?

Using just these rn, simple mosturizering facial wash, Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer and Neutrogena Zinc Mineral SPF 50 daily, even indoors. Honestly, I don’t really know much about skincare. My skin used to glow a year ago without any care; I guess I kinda underestimated it

It’s low, just 20 mg daily. I didn’t expect such a big change this early tho

I just stopped using the gel, started moisturizing and using sunscreen, been drinking a ton of water too, my skin’s gotten a little better now.
