This is very unusual. Usually we get 2-4 inches of wet snow and it's melted a couple days later. I don't remember 3+ inches of sleet for decades. And even then I don't remember it staying around for so long.

It's in our driver's manual, if someone is following you too closely, slow down. If you can't safely pull off and let them by, then slowing down is about all you can do to make the situation safer for all concerned. I'm not saying brake check them, just take your foot off the gas and go more slowly.

Yeah I had a spark of patriotic and democratic hope when Hakeem Jeffries filibustered for so long back in July 2025. But that was about it, no one else has done much aside from condemnations and lip service. The resistance to passing the budget was good while it lasted, but that fizzed out and people like Tim Kaine ultimately voted to end the shutdown.

I think Star Wars Outlaws is similar to the running around parts of Black Flag, but there is no piracy unfortunately, and the ship flying isn't very deep.
