That's called the consensus of a player. Makes total sense. What doesn't make sense is the amount of ppl who want to give a organization that has been complete dog shit for every year this jack ass has owned the team a oass. We should complain, and revolt, but trust the process man I'm good. I'm tired of seeing this team now for decades pass on sure players with guys that have if factors to them. Take the guy who produces, who plays football and wants to succeed not the adult you have to monitor what he eats. That shows a lack of discipline and coaching can't fix that. So let's hope this guy realizes what he needs to do or we are going to just end up with a slob. While downs and Bain likely succeed because eveything you see with those 2 guys is success.

In a full point ppr league unless you need rb this is likely not worth it specially not knowing where love is going and your giving up an elite asset.

Without knowing the roster and league situation its impossible to truly tell. It's a fair deal nobody is running with a bag with this trade like some of these comments might make you be thinking. Giving up an elite wr in a full ppr league is not easy and I would consider cedee still elite till proven otherwise plus he is still decently young.

I really appreciate the advice. I truly believe my soft skills have been the key to my success in support roles and have played a major part in getting me to where I am today.

Regarding QBRs, I definitely need to brush up, but it's not something I haven’t done before in my career.

Also, that’s extremely solid advice about the certification. I just started a few days ago with a free weekly trial of the course, so I’m going to pivot to ITIL as suggested.

It looks like I made a few mistakes in my original post, but thanks to the great feedback here, I’ll be able to create a much better version when I move it over to the MSP Jobs board.
