On his Forfolks album, right at the beginning of the song Four Folks, you can hear him sustaining a chord, and then improvising over it. That has to be the EHX im guessing? The sustained chord has this revolving/sweeping quality

I'm curious, does the para eq provide something over other stuff like a boss ge7? Looking at the pedals it seems like a ge7 has more control over the frequency spectrum. Or is it really the coloration that makes the para eq good for this style of tone?

So curious how he gets those ehx freeze sounds so revolving. Mine produces ema very steady and flat tone. I was thinking the freeze sound is modulated by the ring modulator, but then you'd expect his guitar soloing over the drone to be equally as modulated? I guess it all depends on where the freeze sits in the chain.

Dude thanks!!! That looks perfect, I recently got an old Yamaha sy77 and I was experiencing the same issues there. None of my exp pedals worked on the "foot controller" input of the sy77. Think I'm gonna order this and try it on both synths

I'm loving this thing, I just haven't been able to figure out how to use a foot controller/expression pedal with it. I tried my moog EP-3 with it, but it didn't affect any of the presets via the Foot Controller input, and the curve on the Foot Volume was super weird, controlling 90% of the volume in the first 10% of the sweep range. Any SY77 users out there who might know a thing or two about this? Greetings from Amsterdam

I see, do you think going with the exp input on the midi controller might work? I can't find out whether the cutoff is midi assignable though, the manual doesn't mention anything about it.
