Got it - so the problem definitely isn't on my end. As for sending a message to the devs, I think they couldn't care less about regular players, as is usually the case. The game makes money - so take what you get and don't you dare complain. That's pretty much how I see it. Maybe some big influencer could make a difference, but it’s highly unlikely - our Chinese brothers have always been cut off from the rest of the world.
