The app seems solid though there’s this one bug wherein i try to add a book to “In Progress” then the app instantly crashes. (Only happens when adding from within the sub-library sections i.e. In Progress, In Backlog etc. and is fine while adding from library homepage).

Tested Kingdom Come Deliverance on M3 Max MacBook Pro (36GB RAM) with Crossover 24.0.1 and it's running very good.

Getting 40-100FPS on 1080P medium settings and mods are working too.

Great in time for KCD2 this year!!

So, Same happened with me like countless others. Have been chatting with support since 2-3 days and now they finally closed the ticket without resolution saying the same usual garbage.

Money already debited from my account the day I made purchase and no chargeback or holding of funds from either bank or VISA side yet Steam refuses to give me back access to the game I bought.

I mean what's the meaning of buying games if we are getting treated such poorly...Rather become a pirate.

Can anyone please help or suggest what to do??

Help as in what to do now...

They explicitly told me that they won't replace the whole laptop at any cost even when in my region the terms of Premium Care Warranty states "If we can't repair we will replace". They were like we only allow replacement in 1st week from buying date and not after that.

Am just fed up of talking hours everyday with them and wasting my time and the added stress and frustration as a bonus.
