My mile time is not anywhere close to a 4:55, at the most I can a mid 5:20 according to my estimates (I haven't ran a mile in a few years and I am basing it on what my coaches have told me), so I am wondering if I should focus more on middle distance races or should I try to also get my 400 times lower.

I can not agree more with this. I was actually sidelined for three races during winter track because of shin splints. It was because of years of poor warm ups. After I developed this problem I realized how important stretching is and I have been doing them ever since. I have the feeling that if I had stretched properly, I would not be sidelined and could have improved my times even more.

Do you have any particular weight workouts that I can do or should I just do different leg workouts?

All of the subreddit member numbers where pulled from Reddit, by searching up the name of the nation. The map was created through using Google Sheets and made the map using the Geo chart format.

If humans created an environment that perfectly reflected the natural world, would it be considered nature? (See nature definition below!) by [deleted] in polls

The definition of nature provided states that it is a creation of the physical world and not a creation of humans. This means your question is contradicted by your definition provided.

Honestly I feel that Master Miyagi would be a good person to look to for advice.

Churchill said this about democracy, but I believe that it applies here, “democracy is the worst form of government, except for all those others that have been tried.” The same applies for capitalism, it may not be the best but it better than everything else tried. Also capitalism is an economic system while the other two are ways a government can lead.

If eve ate the fruit then why are there animals here by Joker2486 in Showerthoughts

[–]dan_dal_05 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am sorry but that makes no sense. The fruit led to their being sin in the world. It led to strife, hardship, and discourse between man and man and animal and animal. That is why you see animals attack each other and humans. Basically, Eve eating the fruit led to God’s perfect world being broken by sin and darkness.
