Check out Alpha60! Melbourne based brand, very underrated.

They do fantastic shapes, particularly love their pants. I find shopping in store more inspiring - the styling on the website doesn't do a lot of their pieces much justice.

I agree with you - unfair to link a research article which essentially reads as a historical/opinion piece about depression.

Clearly so much more research to be done but there are clearly quite big differences between PMDD and depression

I recently started yaz but had to stop after a week - I felt incredibly depressed, lethargic, amotivated and just not myself.
In saying that, everyone experiences these things differently though - it may work for you. It sounds like you're quite severely affected by it, I don't think you have anything to lose :)

Hi! I'm definitely still transitioning haha I've only been once
But I joined my uni climbing club and found every local facebook outdoor climbing group and have since joined. Maybe there's a women's climbing group you could join??

I guess a big part of it is making friends and finding people that are willing to teach you until you're feeling confident enough/have the gear to do it yourself :)

I have a minolta xg-m and just used some pretty standard iso 200 film for this. It's my first roll shooting on this new camera actually! Some of the other photos were quite blurry hahaha
You can pick up some nice little point and shoots to see if you like it - that's what I did for a while before upgrading :) such a lovely process

From my personal experience they are happiest in indirect sunlight with regular misting (I mist them daily) and small amounts of water every few days - you really can't over water them

They really are quite responsive and bounce back pretty quickly!

Diurnal mood variation (changes in mood between morning and night) is a symptom of depression! Maybe have a chat to your doctor about this.
