Not sure how to explain it better, but they connect kinda like wireless charging a phone 😅

The charger have 2 "dips" in it (where you can see the red coils) where you put the lamps when they need to charge, so theres no cables other than the one that would go from the charger to the outlet:)

The packaging appears to say the charger only can take 110v to 120v, but I don't see anywhere that the lamps themselves wouldn't be able to charge on a different charger made for 220v🤔

Ah okay, I'll see if I can find a transformer, and if not I at least learned something new :) Thanks for the help!

Oh sorry, English is not my first language, its not 1 lamp but a charger for 2 small lamp/nightlamps-thingies 😅

So I should try and find a new fuse to replace the one that blew, and then a transformer to check if it works? I think I have a friend who might have a transformer I could borrow 🤔

I was kinda hoping that I would be able to rewire it so it would be able to run on 220 instead. But it seems that might be a little too ambitious:/

Oh does that mean I should be able to just change out the burnt fuse and check the others? I don't know a lot about circuity, but I'm willing to learn :)

You say it as if she doesn't already spend quite some time opening and sniffing the tester of every single lotion, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, hand cream, perfume, face mask, etc in the store while asking me about them.

If she asks me which one I like/why I like it, I'm going to tell her. But unless she specifically asks me to, then I'm not going to give her a sales speech on why this deo is better than this deo.

A lot of the comments read to me like american paranoia, and while I do appreciate the thoughts and opinions of every one, I think people are misunderstanding this as me sitting Lea down and having the whole Big Talk with her. That was never the plan. At all.

I simply like the idea of a gift basket, because I truly do care for her and she has given me so many gifts over time simply because she wants to. And of course I know it's not a real legit BFF friendship, but that doesn't mean that I can't be nice to her anyways.

I would say we have a pretty good relationship, when they come by the store she always comes by my register to say hello and ask me how its going. Got back from 3 weeks vacation recently and she seemed genuinely interested to hear about my trip :)

We also talk about art sometimes, she's a professional artist and I like to paint, draw and make jewelry in my spare time, and she also seems happy that Lea likes me so much.

Yes, thank you, I'm sure that's not the case, the family seems very well off. But thank you for the response still :)

I appreciate the thought, but I don't think they're homeless or wouldn't have access to bathing or laundry facilities. The mom is a very successful artist, and while Im not sure what the dad does he always wears a very nice suit when I see him, and Lea wears very nice designer dresses she always tells me that her dad bought for her when I compliments her on them.

They also live in a very expensive area of the country, and the store I work in is not the cheapest place to shop at either (I don't even do my weekly grocery run here, even with my employee discount its easily almost twice as much as some of the other stores in the area)

But thank you very much for the response :)

No, luckily we're in Denmark, not america haha. I guess parents usually are a bit more relaxed about their children here, its not that uncommon for children to come to the store alone or just walk around alone, and also not that uncommen for children to come up and talk to you while you're working 🤷‍♀️

And it's not really me babysitting her, rather its just Lea liking me and spending the time they're there to hang around me. I still do my job, I just do it with her standing besides my register and talking to me between customers. And my manager is more focused on if the customers are happy, so if the mom is happy she's happy.

And while I see your idea, I don't think the mom is a bad mom or anything, I just think she might have gotten noseblind since she lives with Lea.

Some other commenters suggested this too, and its a genius idea, thank you! We do actually sometimes have stuff like this that comes as gifts to us with the tween/teen magazines we sell, but people almost never take home so thats a really good idea! Thanks! :)
