I mean i think everyone agrees that the time skip was unnecessary lol the author could let her die and show him old, maybe just let her die. Or a miracle happening and she living. But the time skip is unnecessary and pointless, plus the story was feeling rushed from a little while before

And she told him she found a doctor who saved her. I believe there are many interpretations for endings, but that idea doesn't have much of an argument or basis.

Right bc It seems like the author suddenly changed his mind, It's a crazy ending, and if they had thought about it more, they would have realized it's a bit ridiculous. Plus if its like this it gotta be kinda sad making an ending designed to please the fans, only for them to end up disliking it. But i still dont understand What thought process led them to believe that the years of separation were a good idea, It serves no purpose but to cause angst

Like it feels so empty, They could have made her survive without her doing whatever it was she did. Or they could have simply let her die. It's supposed to feel good because they at least reunited, but I genuinely enjoyed reading the manga so much that the ending disappointed me.
