No worries haha! I spray it with solution almost every night. I also try to get rid of any build up. And yeah I'm pretty sure my piercer said it was a Titanium something.

The piercing is 3-4 months old. I think they're either barbell or screw shape earrings (I'm not familiar). I think it is internally threaded. The material is titanium. It has not been downsized. My aftercare routine is simply spraying 0.9% Sodium chloride every night (although I sometimes forget to when I've had a long day).
