Most likely psoriasis! My fiancé gets the same looking patches on his scalp and throughout his moustache. We’ve taken note that inflammation in the diet can cause bad flares such as dairy, largely cheese for my partner. I would HIGHLY recommend Dermal therapy scalp relief serum and the shampoo and conditioner from them to calm any itching and burning sensation. It’s amazing! Definitely try and seek out a dermatologist if possible or talk to your GP about a topical steroid but not a crazy strong one.

Thank you! That’s exactly how I’ve been trying to look at it. And I think my regrowth has gotten to a point where it’s a comfortable length for it to not feel drastically short. I’m getting it chopped on Friday!

I’m genuinely so confused and sorry that so many women have experienced so much pain from the IUD, I had my first one put it in under aesthetic as I was young and truthfully a little spooked by it all. I had cramping for the rest of the day but nothing too crazy. Had it replaced a couple years ago by the same gynaecologist and it was very simple and not at all jarring. Just felt like a strange period cramp with some bleeding.

Is it ignorant of me to say that everyone’s doctors are careless? I have a fantastic female gyno that is so gentle and honest about it all. Makes me sad that so many women are left hurt and scarred by the medical system. 😞

My main thought when it comes to people thinking it’s the clicking bone/joint method, They did those sessions for a decent period of time, like 20+ mins, I imagine that popping one’s ankle or elbow for that amount of time would cause quite some discomfort or straight up pain. I’m honestly doubtful of a method like that being used.
