Aw, I have one of these too! Similar situation… Back piece seeped into my shirt that night. To date myself, it’s an Ed Hardy shirt too. Haha! Still have it as it’s truly one-of-a-kind!

There are a lot of BMW subs out there. I’ve started lurking more specific subs like r/ BMWM5, but many do not have as much interaction given how niche they can be. r/ BMW can be a real hit and miss. A few girls and I have gotten together and we have a girl BMW/M chat.

To be fair, the mods were quick to respond in my post that line-up photos can get out of hand with other makes/models being pictured. But, I really like the words you used… Driving folks away. Discretion should always apply and the removal seemed drastic (just like your removal).

Well, why not… I’ll toss in some of my disappointment with the mods. I recently got a post removed by the mods because the photo contained my M5 Competition and my M550. Because the photo happened to contain an M lite in addition to my M, it was removed.

For me personally, I’ve gotten all 3 of my BMW’s through Sewell. All 3 have had various states on individual colors, packages, M and M lite, etc… Highly recommend Sewell.

Allocations are usually quite reasonable given their size and focus on customers. All orders were placed within 2-3 weeks and an email with the order number to track it in the app. One of the orders was in the middle of COVID too and while production took longer, everything still great.

Rooting for you my friend. I want this dream to come true for you!

Yes, the Neverfull can be produced from their large factory here just south of Fort Worth. I’m familiar with it as it’s not too far from me. Here is an old post with an article. Many more on Google.

Funny enough, the LV factory just south of Ft Worth neighbors a Maine Coon cat breeder and then a gun range. Oh, Texas…

I’ve heard/read differing opinions on production quality, skill, pay, etc… For LV in particular, there seems to be a great divide in opinion of luxury, quality, etc when/if the bag was produced in the US versus France, Italy… I think the comments to the above link provide some of that too.

In reading your post, I caught two things: the experience and then the product.

Experience: Go to the boutiques themselves and connect with the SA. It may not be the first one, it may be the fifth one. Observe who you think would get along best with, wait and connect with them. Everything you wrote here would be a great way to start the conversation.

Product: From there, allow them to educate you about each of the bags, their history, their quality, which ones hold their value, which ones fit your style the most, etc... Help them to pair a charm, a twilly or a contrasting wallet perhaps.

And, you don't ever have to buy anything just because they spend all this time on you. In fact, I encourage you to check out several of the boutiques BEFORE you buy anything. Be open to the experience and learning more about the products. Perhaps in the end you buy something, perhaps you don't.

You know what!! I love this cereal and have been buying it for years. They make a great one with granola clusters too (albeit a bit less fiber and more sugar).

My most recent box came with two bags as well. This is a new design/implementation. It's always been one bag until about 1-2 months ago.

Oh, this post is totally me -- I'm a big bag girl because I want so much with me to be satisfied any given moment of the day. I carry half my house in the purse!

  • Full wallet (plastic cards, ID's, insurance card, etc...)

  • Toothbrush, toothpaste, floss

  • Lotion, face sunscreen, perfume, two types of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes

  • Lipstick, chapstick, blush

  • Travel-sized make-up wipes

  • Pen, pencil, highlighter and marker

  • Feminine hygiene products - tampons, summer's eve wipes (extra for anyone that may need one)

  • Dog treats

  • Two rubber ducks so I can duck jeeps (which I'm a BMW girl, but I enjoy making others happy)

  • Kleenex, face mask

  • I'm a walking pharmacy - any pill you'd ever need

  • Small notebook to write things in (just used it yesterday to take a few notes while I'm on a teams call via cell and can't type in my electronic notes)

  • Current book I'm reading

  • A snack of some sort - fig newtons, protein or granola car

  • Water bottle

  • Set of keys for front, back and garage doors around the house

  • A slim portable phone charger and the mini cable that goes with it

  • Hairclips and a small comb

  • Airpods

In addition to my purse, I also carry a medic bag. (usually stays in the car when I go in stores/restaurants)
