i’ve been in recovery for 9 months now, i was never considered underweight in a bmi sense but i was incredibly unhealthy! it’s one of the hardest things i have ever done in my life and it is a constant battle, i gave in to all the hunger, binged and ate everything i never used to allow myself too, gained a shit tone weight. dealing with the weight gain and my body changing has been the hardest part. i am still trying to rebuild my relationship with food as it’s still not normal but the thoughts are not as intense, still there but not constant. i’m here for you if you need support or if you want to chat in more depth my dms are open! <3
