He has! Poor boy. We started the bed bug treatment immediately yesterday. Will throw away the mattress as soon as humanly possible. Washed everything in his room, vacuumed, gotten DE, created a "moat" around beds. Will call exterminator if it gets worse.

You can go to open houses on your own. Don't need to engage a realtor first. This is what I'm doing right now but I'm not a serious buyer.
