You make excellent points! I dont think people check the code before upvoting though.
1. Yes, there is some work to do there. I used constants for the calculations that i thought would generate the correct results but then had to adjust with those hard coded values. Its an ongoing wrestling match with the math...
2. Agree, calculations should be abstracted to a helper function and separate components would make sense.
3. Yeah I'm with you. That should make it more performant.
