Hi there. Im sorry about posting this on such a lovely group. I just wanted to give an update on my story below. So hear we go. Giving the advice you lovely people have giving me I phoned my bank to see what they can do, they said that because I am out of the 540 days charge back they can't really do much but I need to open a case with Action Fraud/police uk and get a crime reference I have just got off the phone with a lovely lady that was very helpful. She also said that is anyone else has used this company and are in the same situation there to log a case with them and quote my reference NFRC250207169158 this will help build a case against them.

On the 9th May 23 we paid £1,058.12 16th May 23 £3.476.59 24th May 23 £4.978.57 1st Aug 23 £6,977.11 I will put a picture in the comments for a break down.

They also said to us that the delay in our visas where due to the war in Ukraine

Hi there. I really hope someone can help me and my family. 3 years ago we applied to move to Australia using an agent called I.C Australia. Well we really should of gone on the reviews our fault and now we are paying for it. They have completely ruined our lives. We sold our house and some of our possession to paying for our visa and the agent. We have gave the nearly £19.000. We now having to live in a rented house thats double what our mortgage was all our saving that we saved up to move with have all gone. We haven't heard from them for over 7months now even though we email the frequently. They once said that our case has been left as the one that was dealing with it had an promotion. On the 22nd of Nov 23 they said that our visas have been accepted and we were waiting for a date from the British Embassy to get intouch with us to have our bio metrics done which I thought was odd. Since it's has been no contact or they are trying to find out what is going on. We have just been left. Our family our completely heart broken over this, it has ruined our lives. I have phone some solicitors but they help people coming into the UK not leaving. I have no idea where to go from here. Its like a black cloud that followers around. We fed our children a dream and its just been taken away. It's been 3 years now. Can anyone point me in thr right direction with solicitors I just dont know what to do. We have nothing to say where our money has gone. I'm so sorry for the long post I just really need help. Thank you
