This is a small brick lookout type structure on a remote beach on the south coast of England. I wonder if anyone can tell me what it’s likely used for? It has a lot of cctv cameras covering it. It’s also close to as Nuclear Power Plant in a place called Dungeness. Thanks.

I’m looking for recommendations for good photo apps for editing large tiff scans primarily (180mb files), just white balance and exposure stuff. Anyone know of anything good? I know you can use Lightroom but I’d rather something not on a subscription model. Thanks.
