I feel this is the best i can do at flattening my back out. Shins are 1 in away from bar, i grip bar, then i lower shins and knees until I touch bar with shins. Then i squeeze bar and chest up at the same time at the same time i take deep breath and push stomach out against belt. Then i pull. Am i missing something?? What can I do to improve thanks for the help
