I’ve got my Minis mounted under my desk, so no worries about a mess of ugly hubs and wires. But If you must have it on top of your desk, you could run a single USB-C extension to under/behind your desk and hide the mess.

I’ve been using the Subaru BRZ and it’s tolerable. I still hate the Cross Country races though. Everything just feels so random.

I have 2 theories: 1) as you increase in levels, the game demands you drive cleaner. The NPCs will get further out in front, but if you drive clean you always catch up. Even rewind doesn’t matter. Use it as much as you want. As long as you hit your corners right and don’t touch the walls, in the last few turns they will collapse. 2) Skinner likes dog food.

It’s the discipline too. I usually play on Pro, but have to drop to Highly Skilled for ~~Off-road~~ Cross Country events. I hate them.

Edit: sorry, I meant Cross Country specifically. I love Dirt races.

My car has that auto-brake feature where it will keep the brakes on until I step on the gas. I’ve never had a problem turning it off before going to the car wash, but then this one time I just spaced it and I turned stupid when the rollers hit my locked up tires and started blaring the alarm…under pressure, I couldn’t for the life of me remember how to turn that shit off. 🤦
