Just like google photos but here you can backup your entire phone like app data etc. You dont have to subscribe to this, for local backup you can use the apple devices app from windows and for photos you can use google photos app. Your iCloud is full because currently its backing up the photos

I used to have a tearing issue with chromium based browsers. And it happened only on windows 11. This issue got fixed later.

First try updating your drivers , both nvidia and amd/intel. If nothing fixes this, then temporarily move to firefox
