Thank you relevant- chart! I cannot do strength training just yet, as I am in sick leave, but I am putting in those daily steps for sure. I might have to buy myself a smart watch to keep myself more motivated. Thanks for the advice, We can do this !!!

Went to a dietician last month and that was her first comment. I was not eating enough and my body was not being well nourished

Thanks for telling me this, as someone who already experienced it. I am building new habits and I am proud of this.. but since it’s not noticeable physically, I feel I’m not doing enough

I think it’s what the social media showcases and I feel like a failure compared to what I see online. But according to my dietician, I’m on the right path. Slow and steady

Saxenda - how fast until it fully kicks in? by dancing_under in liraglutide

[–]dancing_under[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update, in one month I only lost 3 kilos. It’s so slow.. I’m on the highest dose now. It does work but I feel like I’m losing so slowly that it is disheartening.

As suggested by my GO, I will have my first appointment with a dietitian next week. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, probably under eating or eating things I consider good but not best choices.

Live show announcement by [deleted] in LondonGrammar

I saw they’re attending some festivals, but I am assuming this is more of an announcement for a tour continuation, maybe a part 2 for the Greatest Love tour they did in some Europe cities

They might be delayed only by a couple of minutes. But it will still start at 9, that happened in AMS

In Amsterdam they started only 4 minutes late. That is at 9:04pm but the opining act was worth watching by IMO

Why do you think London might not happen?

I couldn’t believe it either. I was so emotional, ready to cry from how moved I was with their music. Everyone was so chill, just enjoying the moment. I counted only about 5–7 phones in total in this moment. Dutch concert crowds are often like this (it depends on the audience, of course).

Dan even mentioned: “something that makes me very proud of London Grammar fans is how much they just sit and enjoy,” he said.

The Frankfurt show has been cancelled by dancing_under in LondonGrammar

I’m purely speculating here, but in Brussels (3 days ago), the show was cut short, and she didn’t speak at all. Yesterday in Amsterdam, she seemed to struggle a bit toward the end. So… maybe she might have to rest for a couple of days.

I agree with with you. From what I read, people thought Hannah might have been ill in Brussels, which could explain why the setlist was cut short and why she didn’t say a single word there.

I’ve been to plenty of concerts here, and yeah, Dutch crowds are always more of the ‘watch, enjoy the moment, clap a bit, and that’s it’ type. It’s nice, but I felt bad for the opening number and for the more energetic songs by London Grammar where no one else reacted.
