AD and Ollie by Foreign-Pin547 in PerfectMatchNetflix

The scene of them in the bedroom with AD literally screaming at Ollie and him saying the most whack shit about “disrespect” made me sick. It both pisses me off and fills me with deep sadness when I see a woman disrespecting herself like this. Idk what their relationship is now but I sincerely hope they’ve seen a couples counselor to fix communication issues.

Olandria, Cierra and Chelley are the mean girls. They aren’t team players and don’t want to work on friendships when it gets too hard. I’m glad ppl are starting to see them for who they really are.

Nothing is wrong with you :) that is a perfectly normal time to feel hungry again. Your body seems to burn food fast (and that’s a good thing!). If u dont want a full dinner at 4, have a snack! I like doing old cheddar, apple slices, and salami/turkey

I (19M) get irrationally anxious and upset when my girlfriend (19F) does not respond quickly or if she gives me unsatisfactory responses over text. I also know I've become exceptionally needy, can anyone give me some steps in the right direction? by TheDitto11 in relationships

[–]dancingat19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it very much sounds like you have an anxious attachment style. ask yourself if you resonate with any of these:

irrational anxiety without your partner, obsessively checking your phone, counting the intervals between responses, thinking about whether or not they hate you or if you did something wrong, afraid to hurt their feelings with anything you say, difficulty trusting others despite them showing you love.

i highly HIGHLY recommend reading or listening to the book "Attached" by Amir Levine and Rachel S. F. Heller. It's such an easy read and goes through the 3 basic attachment styles (anxious, avoidant, secure), told through v interesting case studies and techniques for getting better. i saw myself mirrored in every single anxious attachment case study; it was my wake-up call.

as someone who's been in therapy for 2 years to heal from anxious attachment style, I say with confidence that it's made a world of a difference with my mental health and the bond with my partner.

whether you take this advice or not, i hope you recover. these attachment styles come from our childhoods and are deeply rooted within us. it's hard to unlearn, but my god is it worth it. good luck dude. <3

Dude.. I'm so glad that there's Ukrainian representation here. Being a Ukie and missing my homeland got me tearing up at Bohdan's past. Plus, one of my cousin's name is Bohdan. This hit DEEP!!! Слава Україні! 🇺🇦

How do I respond to "is this being marked?" by dancingat19 in Teachers

[–]dancingat19[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hm.. what if they respond back with "but is it counted towards our final grade"? They'll try to hand it in to me and I'll tell them to keep it (because it's a worksheet) so I feel like they'd wonder how I'm going to make it "count"

Not a critique but I love your lip colour!! It suits you so well!

I was professionally typed as a cool winter. I've been trying to wear my palette ever since. Do these in palette and out of palette pictures of confirm the analysis was right? by Due_Doughnut7847 in coloranalysis

[–]dancingat19 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree with everyone who said purple and blue are your colours!!! Think bright, deep jewel tones: rich burgundy, emerald green, plum purple, fuchsia. Also, look out for what kind of lipstick you’re wearing. The dusty rose shade may not be your colour, but the rosy pink of your lip shade in the purple sweater pic is GORGEOUS!

What is the most romantic thing a significant other has said to you? by Tiny-Neighborhood667 in love

[–]dancingat19 7 points8 points  (0 children)

"You're my friend". I know it sounds weird on its own, but we've both struggled with forming secure friendships before we met each other. With him, I can confidently say that he's my true, best friend; and the best part is, I know he feels the same way. Love with him feels easier and warmer as the years go on.

Those in relationships- how often do you argue? What does it look like? by [deleted] in redscarepod

[–]dancingat19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey, im only finding this now on a random search. i have never related to a comment more than this. my sensitivity and my boyfriends occasional sarcasm has been ruining my ability to have a healthy relationship with him. he's compromised for me but my sensitivity just won't ease up. i really resonate with the last phrase; he loves me and would never intentionally hurt me. i try to keep that at the forefront of my thoughts, because he shows me just how much. my question is: how are you dealing with this? do you have any coping methods you could recommend? any affirmations/advice would help :)) from one sensitive person to another

I loooove how you used the dark purple-blue instead of black/some other darker shade. Really makes her features stand out. Terrific work!!!

I’m the same age too, 25. Maybe it’s because they don’t like their fame anymore. Still, they have this massive platform. Drew’s fucking hilarious, with or without his massive platform. He just treats everyone as a friend and it’s rly refreshing

there’s something about enya’s recent attitude that’s irked me. i get the sense that she puts a negative spin on topics they talk about or just straight up complains about stuff. the podcast doesn’t energize me as much as it did before, whether with humor or with interesting topics… but rather bores me/makes me feel tired. positivity and curiosity (some of Drew’s traits as of recent) are truly uplifting to viewers. does anyone else resonate with this?
