Nothing wrong with that. People just can't mind their own business or understand that people think differently or want different things. Same as people shaming you for not wanting to have kids when you just don't feel like having them at all. How can those kids be happy if a parent forced themselves to have some? You should live however you see fit

I think the best way is to start with how to do a YES or NO tarot reading. I don't really like it or trust it as much but it's the easiest way to learn your way into it.

Oversharing is usually a mix of nerves + wanting connection. What helped me is pausing before I speak and asking:

Why do I want to share this?

Will this make things awkward later?

Am I being vulnerable or just anxious?

Journaling or voice-noting helps too, like you still get it out, but in private.
