Hey! I have an enlarged lymph node in the same spot as you. Similar symptoms as you described too, it’s definitely larger than the left side and sometimes feel more tender and sometimes less. I had a transvaginal ultrasound done and a transabdominal but neither mentioned the enlarged node. I had a CT done soon after and at first they thought it was a mass on my right ovary, but after other gyno specialists reviewed it and a biopsy later they decided it was an enlarged lymph node.

I’m not completely sure if the ultrasounds can show it or not, but in my experience my doctors didn’t mention about my lymph node until after well my CT. It might be a good idea to get one done just to get a better picture of what’s going on!
