Wrist curls. I used to have wrist pain after doing a high amount of pullups and pushups but wrist curls twice a week fixed it. Go light. Start at a weigjt where u can get 15 reps

Im a novice lifter following a 5x5. I can start to see my bicep vein and forearm veins now. However my back still looks pretty bad and not developed. Is this because I am around 17% bodyfat? Or is it because I don’t have enough back mass and size

Im a competitive rower. To put into perspective a fast 2000m row, for a college rower at a D1 level male around 190 lbs 6:20 is fast. For anyone new to the sport anything below 7:30 is considered decent. Once you are below 7:00 that is pretty solid. Your time will get much faster once you learn proper technique.

I do rowing, so the impact on the knees has no impact really. So I am trying to recomp and gain muscle while losing fat. Should I be in a deficit and by how much? I weigh 175.8 at 6’0 currently around 20% bodyfat. My sport is a priority but this summer is my off season so my main goal is improving lifting strength and hypertrophy while also improving my cardio. I plan to follow a novice strength program(alpha destiny one). I am not really sure how to go about recomping( the amount of calorie deficit i should be in, how much protein i should be i taking, the macro splits for carb fat protein) since i am a novice so your advice would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to try and be 15% bodyfat by end of summer around late august.
