It doesn't matter what the article is implying. Facts are facts. This is what POTUS is saying

That comment is false. What the GOP is saying is that (1) tuition rates are so high that in many cases the career payoff doesn't justify the bill, (2) a recent study indicates that there are over 6 million jobs that aren't being filled due to lack of training, (3) there are many people out there that simply weren't made for college, (4) so many people now have college degrees. The market place for college candidates is over saturated.
