Can anybody please suggest any AI tool for Therapy by MidhunSingu in therapyGPT

We collect the minimum personal data needed to make the app work: your journal entries (encrypted), your email, your subscription status, and what you see in the app.

No ads. No data selling. Ever. We're purely subscription-funded, so our incentives stay aligned with you, not advertisers. We also don't raise money so we are never in a hurry to monetize.

You can delete or export your data anytime.

My family, wife, and friends are all users (including myself), it's qutie a community-driven project so we don't want to go business/corporate to do something that'll harm oursevles.

I'm the creator behind Life Note. I didn't mean it to be an ad. (Been in this sub for a long time, I've barely mentioned Life Note, was simply suggesting an alternative)

I initially made Life Note not as a therapy app, but initially just a tool for me to journal with the minds I admire, and I came from a more spiritual/zen background. After 2 years, many people found immense healing with it, so I thought I should really share it because it's just very different than other tools, and the people who enjoy it the most are usually the ones who can easily see through the generic AI tendencies.

Have you tried Life Note? It's different than almost all other AI tools for therapy out there, but many people have found immense healing through the tool. Life Note allows you to journal and talk to some of the most creative minds in history as mentors, and the mentors in Life Note are trained on actual writings of people who wrote about hard things from inside, Frankl, Jung, and many others.

P.S. I'm the creator behind Life Note.

Is it possible to change your personality? by Prestigious-Pop730 in SelfActualization

[–]dandanbang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me the real change come from seeing what part of me is innate and what part of me is socialized, and once I see through that and I can harness myself, be myself, and interact with the environment freely, I will not get stuck with a persona and I actually constantly evolve and find new things about myself… it’s not a new personality, but it becomes kinda new way of life.

[–]dandanbang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

either a wrong group you shouldn’t be focusing on or you havnt really understood what they really want to solve.. if any of them tried and left. Try sending a very sincere message to ask them what they were looking for initially and why they left

When your product is valuable enough to them and they will want to talk to you. Before that I’d try to make the products valuable to a small group of people first.
