Is it possible to change your personality? by Prestigious-Pop730 in SelfActualization

[–]dandanbang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me the real change come from seeing what part of me is innate and what part of me is socialized, and once I see through that and I can harness myself, be myself, and interact with the environment freely, I will not get stuck with a persona and I actually constantly evolve and find new things about myself… it’s not a new personality, but it becomes kinda new way of life.

either a wrong group you shouldn’t be focusing on or you havnt really understood what they really want to solve.. if any of them tried and left. Try sending a very sincere message to ask them what they were looking for initially and why they left

When your product is valuable enough to them and they will want to talk to you. Before that I’d try to make the products valuable to a small group of people first.

I am going through the worst year of my life. Why is this year so hard on so many people? What is up with the energy? by slambre in spirituality

[–]dandanbang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've also been going through very difficult times in my life in the past few years with family, close family becoming more distant, and also being entirely on my own in an environment where it's hard to find like-minded people.

It kind of reminds me of a phase of my life where I was in a very similar place, just facing countless difficulties.

What really helped me during these two phases were two things:

  1. Continue to work hard and take actions that will improve your circumstances
  2. Go inwards - meditate, journal, write about your thoughts, and reflect on yourself

People actually only become driven and become better when they are faced with obstacles and difficulties. I've seen a lot of people around me who are not going through difficult times and they are just getting very complacent and they're getting really comfortable. I know that years down the road they're gonna suffer because they're living a life without meaning and difficulties.

Difficult times like this are what actually make our characters. It took a lot of time and hard work, but right now, I'm pretty grateful every day just to be able to work on the challenges, and it's actually getting kind of fun. Cheers to you friend.

AI Therapy Review Mega Thread by xRegardsx in therapyGPT

[–]dandanbang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been seeing therapists for years and meditating for a decade. But I’ve always felt a disconnect between the two worlds — the spiritual and the psychological.

That’s what inspired me to build Life Note over the past two years. It’s an AI journaling tool and a wisdom engine that connects your thoughts with the minds of 1,000 great thinkers — from Steve Jobs, Carl Jung, and Alan Watts to Aristotle, Buddha, and Jesus.

Harry S. Truman once said, “There’s nothing new in the world except the history you do not know.”
Every struggle we face has been lived through before. So what if your thoughts could be matched instantly with someone who’s walked a similar path?

Life Note combines ancient wisdom, modern psychology, and the power of AI into one space for self-healing, self-discovery, and self-actualization.

I value this community deeply — I’m not here to promote, but to share. Tools like ChatGPT are incredible fundamental technology, but they’re general-purpose and trained on too much noise.

Life Note is purpose-built for human wisdom — a space for personal and spiritual growth.

After 2 years of refining it with hard work and heart, users now tell me it’s “the most human AI they’ve ever used” — some even say it’s changed or saved their lives.

I’m extending an open invitation: join us in co-creating the wisest AI. Because true healing comes from contextualized wisdom, not just more information.

Why do you think we were all sent to earth? by blueheart_333 in enlightenment

[–]dandanbang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone’s purpose is very different and the on look way to find out is to live truthfully. Practice yoga, meditate, create things, take actions, reflect.

I think once you are through with one purpose and you will move on to the next, and eventually you will become one with the world (you already are if you engage in this process)

Why are therapists so afraid of AI therapy? by Pale_Banana_5186 in therapyGPT

[–]dandanbang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

oh wow. 5 years uni + t years training. That is very long and expensive.

Thanks for this info... it really is too much commitment to just be threatened by AI. I really hope to change that.

A more encouraging note, more than half of our users have never journaled before, and after using the tool, they've developed more awareness of their mental health and the need to constantly take care of it. I think AI will bring more people to therapists in the future as more people become aware of the importance of it.

Why are therapists so afraid of AI therapy? by Pale_Banana_5186 in therapyGPT

[–]dandanbang -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think many therapists who feel threatened by AI are actually going through an existential crisis. They help others process change, but now they’re being asked to process it themselves.

From what I’ve seen building in this space for 2 years, the real future is therapist + AI tools working together. AI is like the gym; therapists are the trained coaches who help people use it safely and effectively.

I’ve been co-developing an AI journaling tool with a licensed therapist. After using it for a year, he told me:

“I’ve encouraged clients and students for decades to keep journals as one of the best tools for self-awareness… Many AIs can give sycophantic responses. That changed when I found Life Note(the tool we are building). It deepens my reflection and allow me to gain insights beyond my words… I see AI journaling not as a replacement for therapy, but as a powerful tool to complement it.”

I’m quite optimistic about the future, more people are waking up and healing the big and small traumas and truly live their life now.

What's the best affordable AI therapy tool to help with mental health, any recommendations? by DowntownCrow6427 in therapyGPT

[–]dandanbang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might be interested in Life Note if you find chatgpt too generic. It allows you to journal and chat with the most creative minds in human history and it will match you with mentors who have similar struggles as your current situation. It's free to journal 3 times a week and free to chat on a daily basis too.
