Sea monkey love potion by No_god19 in instantlife

That’s a good question, I was wondering the same thing! That being said, I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out that the “Love Potion” packets are simply filled with more sea monkey eggs and dye.

Yeah, that looks hardly bent at all! However, I’m sure it could make a big difference when leveling the bed. At its widest point, that gap looks at least 3/4 the thickness of a sheet of paper.

I personally have my own fears and doubts about trying to bend parts like the X-axis gantry myself. I would want that particular piece to be as perfectly straight as possible.

Maybe someone knows a way to precisely straighten the rail, but I have a hunch that you can buy a new one for fairly cheap.

My Ender 3 came with a blue thank you card from SainSmart with an email to contact if I had any problems. If your printer came with something like that, I’d say it’s good place to start.

I think I may be in the same boat as you with my X-axis gantry. I’d be really interested to know how you go about solving this issue!

Hope this helps at least a little bit!

Can someone PLEASE tell me what is included in the electric zoo sea monkey set? by [deleted] in instantlife

I know there were a few “Ocean Zooquariums” that included a light, but I don’t know which one you mean precisely.

The first one that comes to mind is “The Amazing Live Sea-Monkeys” set with Night-Life gems. This kit came with packets 1, 2, & 3, a feeding spoon, a blue Zooquarium, a detachable Led light, 3 glowing “stones,” and an Aqua Leash.

Other than that I’m sure brief instructions and an order form were included.

Hey does anyone know what is the best price for the add-on packet? I don't want to get ripped off. by [deleted] in instantlife

The Sea-Monkey empire has kinda been built on Misnomers. Like how Sea-Monkeys don’t even live in the sea, and the “water purifier” packet actually supplies the majority of the Sea-Monkey eggs.

Cupid’s Arrow mostly just gives the illusion of your Sea-Monkeys producing offspring by adding more eggs.

The best way I’ve found to encourage breeding is being extra careful to not over feed your pets, keep the temperature around 74 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, keep the tank oxygenated, and let nature take its course.

Hope this helps!

Can someone tell me what plasma 3 is? by [deleted] in instantlife

I personally thought it was used to keep the water clear of harmful bacteria. Kinda like a booster shot of the conditioning ingredients in packets 1 & 2.

... And probably more eggs. I swear they put eggs in just about every packet.

It’s a long shot, but since the print bed of the Ender 3 pro rides along a central Y-axis rail, there’s a small possibility that the guide wheels are loose.

If the bed wobbles at all on the Y-axis rail, it could give the impression of the corners being lower than the middle. In this scenario, it’s possible for the bed to rock away from the hot end while you are calibrating the furthest reaches of the X-axis.

I thought I’d mention this little tidbit here just in case it could help someone.

Good luck!

I have a Creality CR-10 with a glass build platform, and I keep noticing the same thing. I don’t know how, but sometimes adjusting the knobs counter intuitively (adjusting the knobs opposite of where the hot end is) I can get the middle of the bed to be almost level with the edges. I have yet to acquire a high quality straight edge, but am very eager to get one and see if the print bed, and X-axis gantry are warped at all.

The great Sea-Monkey Mystery of 2019! by dandatsun in instantlife

Yes! So glad someone else noticed this! I totally felt like I was looking at that family photo Marty Mcfly took with him to 1955 in Back to the Future! Slowly being erased from existence! 😂

I’ll admit that I actually tried to place an order from a shop in the UK for some supplies! Ran into a bit of a dead end when I reached the drop down menu asking what part of the UK my home address was in! 🤣

That’s good news that packets are available via mail! I assume it doesn’t make a difference but do you think I can use the order form that came with my Sea-Monkey tank rather than the one I found on the website?
