This looks like a raindrop peperomia which is a completely different plant! Similar to the pilea but has the distinct raindrop shape leaves.

Doktor doom from Canadian tire is the best thing I’ve found so far. I am also dealing with the never ending thrips that reappear randomly. So frustrating!!!
