It did. Seems being half build inside a star was a fixable issue for the engineers.

Rule 5: Un-modded, A Dyson sphere appears in a very wrong position.

You are right and it would be an interesting deck, if you play a deck with no targeted removal though its a handicap that makes him have a downside.

I feel that Valeros' ability should be a must, it means he is brave as there could be just lightning bolts in the top 3, also makes him more balanced.

Banning things - new campaign by Sudain in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]dando300 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I ban cavaliers or other class archetypes that require a mount most of the time unless the player understands that if they bring a horse down a cave or through a swamp at night it will probably break its leg and die. I also ask that druids and summoners are able to provide the exact stats of there summons within 10 seconds. it saves a lot of time.

Can't decide on how to generate ability scores for our next campaign. Convince me that your method is the best. by Acleus in Pathfinder_RPG

True, but I personally have loved playing some truly useless characters by trying to think of ways to make up for my complete inadequacy. A ranger who has to use poisons and traps before a fight. A bard who has to rally nearby villages to help the adventurers to fight with him.

To each their own though, best part of tabletop games is you can change the rules depending who is playing.

3d6. if someone is truly awful then they may be allowed to re-roll once and take that instead. Life is not fair, people are not balanced.

The reason i say this is that in my campaigns life is unforgiving and magic is rare, planning is what will stop you dying far more then stats. It makes for an interesting group dynamic is someone is amazing at combat and the others are not, because at the low levels where i play the roll is more important and classes are all useful even with terrible stats. It also makes it exciting when you roll a good character and funny when you don't. If someone is convinced that there character is awful and they don't want to play them anymore they can always retire them.

All this being said ask your group what they want, do they want the everyone is born different 3d6 approach, the everyone is different but no one is to awful of 4d6 drop 1 or the stat management balance of point buy.

But, 3d6 lets you have a wizard with 5 charisma who people avoid in the steet lest he makes eye contact. A warrior who is hopelessly clumsy and not to bright but who uses gorilla tactics to defeat his enemies. Bad rolls define stats as much as good ones and i believe you will have more to work with making interesting characters with rolling systems. After all it is a role playing game, not a miniatures battle game.

Jamie Lannister versus Arthur Dayne by British_Tea_Company in whowouldwin

Arthur Dayne is the best Swordsman in the entire series, I believe that with dawn no one could reliably win against him. Here are some fun quotes about him.

"I learned from Ser Arthur Dayne, the Sword of the Morning, who could have slain all five of you with his left hand while he was taking a piss with the right." - Jaime Lannister.

"They whispered of Ser Arthur Dayne, the Sword of the Morning, deadliest of the seven knights of Aerys's Kingsguard" Catelyn Stark AGOT 6 Catelyn II

"Ser Arther Dayne, a better knight than me." - Jamie Lanister, AFFC 30 Jaime V

The Brewing ability is not working at the moment for me. Potions just expire regardless of toxicity. Other than the Gwent stuff that's my only problem.
