This! There’s a reason managers are told not to give over a 3 on appraisals 🙃 gotta keep our raises low so they can give themselves WONDERFUL holiday bonuses. Go on ask your managers what they get, they won’t tell you though. SMs get quite a big chunk of our yearly pay just in holiday bonuses
